Conference policy
The Vietnam Microscopy Association organizes conferences, scientific seminars and thematic events to create opportunities for members to exchange, update knowledge and improve professional qualifications.
Organization forms:
– Seminars every quarter or every year.
– National or regional scientific conferences.
– Seminars in collaboration with universities, research institutes or enterprises.
Content of the seminar:
– Presenting new research results in the field of microscopy and its applications.
– Discussing new techniques, technologies and practical solutions.
– Connecting scientists, students, enterprises and equipment manufacturers.
Participants and incentives:
– Open to scientists, lecturers, students, enterprises at home and abroad.
– Members receive reduced or free participation fees (depending on the scale of the event).
– Young and excellent students are supported with funding or invited to present reports.
Publishing and communication:
– Reports are reviewed and selected to be published in the conference proceedings or the Association’s specialized journal.
– Conference documents will be digitized and stored on the Association’s system.
– The Association can record and livestream important sessions.
Post-event evaluation:
– The organizing committee conducts a survey to improve the quality of the conference.
– The final report will be sent to relevant parties and published publicly.
